About Our Crew
A small team with a clear focus: tile work done carefully, in the communities we call home.
What Drives the Work
Cordillera Ranch Tile Installers was built around a simple conviction: a well-tiled surface should look right, hold up, and require nothing from the homeowner once the job is done. That sounds straightforward, but it requires a level of care at every step that a lot of tile work skips.
We work in Boerne, Cordillera Ranch, and Fair Oaks Ranch. These are communities with well-built homes and homeowners who notice quality. That keeps us honest. When a neighbor walks through a home we tiled, the work speaks for itself.
How We Approach the Craft
Tile installation is a layered process. Before any tile goes down, the substrate has to be sound, flat within acceptable tolerance, and properly waterproofed where moisture is a factor. We use uncoupling membranes and sheet membranes correctly, set layout lines carefully, and cut cleanly. Grout selection and application affect both the look and the longevity of a job. These details matter to us.
Our team is small by choice. Smaller crews mean more consistent work, less handoff between people, and more accountability on every job site. When you call us, you talk to someone who will actually be doing the installation.
The Communities We Serve
We cover Cordillera Ranch, Boerne, and Fair Oaks Ranch. These are the places we know well, and where we have built relationships with homeowners who trust us to come back when they have a new project.
What We Focus On
- Proper substrate preparation before any tile is set
- Honest conversation about what a job actually requires
